Watching the Ducks

Yesterday, Eva and I took a walk to a pond that is walking distance from our townhouse to go look at some ducks and geese.  We were taking advantage of Maggie sleeping and spending some time just Eva and Mommy.  Eva was so excited to see the ducks and the geese.  There were a pair of Mallard ducks and another male Mallard duck.  The one male duck was picking fights with the pair of ducks and they ended up flying away.  Eva was so fascinated by this.  She also keep repeating the geese when they would honk at each other.  It was so nice sitting outside enjoying the weather and spending some quality time with my Eva.

After we finished looking at the ducks, we headed to the park.  We are blessed that there are several parks to choose from and they are all through the park district.  Before we were left the pond, I was able to snap these pictures.  It is very difficult at times to get a picture of Eva looking at the camera and she always doesn't want to get one with me.
