Life's Little Blessings

It is offical, my baby sister is having a baby girl. They are naming her Melanie Aayilah Rivera. Her name means melody, like a music melody, and lovely. Everything is looking good, both baby and mom are doing great. So I am going to have a new niece but also get to be the godparent to a little girl. This is the most recent picture taken of my baby sister Lorene. It was taken on March 19th and she was 20 weeks and 3 days. She is so thrilled to be a mom and so is her boyfriend.

These are the first pictures of my little sister Lorene's baby. The doc said it might be a girl but it was too early to be 100% for sure since she was only 17 weeks. My sister has asked Jim and I to be the baby's Godparents. Of course we said yes. Can't wait to find out what she is having though and get to see the baby.
