Predators of North America

So today I took Eva to the library again for a presentation that they were having on Predators of North America.  The place that came in was called Big Run Wolf Ranch.  They are a non-profit organization that is licensed through the federal government to have wild and domestic animals that are found only in North America.  Most of the animals that they have were rescues.  Once a month they do a family day/open house, were they are open to the public and you can go and see all the animals that they have on the ranch.  They also have other people come in that focus on other animals that the ranch doesn't have.  To find out more information go to there website at http://www.bigrunwoldranch.org/.

The pictures below are of the animals the they brought in to show the children, I took them with my camera. They also have a black bear named Kuma, a fawn named Chance, a cougar named Charlie, a lynx, twelve wolfs and more on the ranch

Kirby the Skunk
Wilson the Woodchuck
Eva being goofy
Shorty the Raccoon
Mahala the Coyote
Juno the Great American Timber Wolf
Canuck the British Colombian Timber wolf pup

These pictures I took of their website of a few of the animals thatwas at the presentation that  I wasn't able to get really good shots of and the ranch's newest rescue, a fawn that was hit badly by a car and wasn't thought to make it but did survive. So they named him Chance.
