Christmas Eve Festivities

Melanie on her FIRST Christmas Chirstmas Eve was such a great time with my family. My mom, step dad, my step dad's Uncle Jim, my sister Lorene, Miles and baby Melanie all came over to our house. My sister Mary, Jimmy and their son Nathan couldn't make it because Nathan and Jimmy both were sick. We had so much fun watching Eva and Maggie open their gifts from Nana and Papa plus their Aunts. I think the highlight of the whole Christmas Eve was that Santa came to ask Eva, Maggie and Melanie what they wanted for Christmas. I had so much fun being able to see my family on christmas eve and being apart of Melanie's first Christmas. Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Yestreday inbetween my doctor visit and having to get another ultrasound of my stomach area plus my pelvis area. We were able to squeeze in a picture with Santa. The girls did so well. Neither of them cry, Eva had no problem telling him what she wants for Christmas and Maggie was a little hestitate of him. The picture came out so adorable.

Eva's Preschool Christmas Program

Yestreday was Eva's preschool Christmas Program and afterwards cookies and punch. Kathy (my mother-in-law), Maggie and I went to go see Eva perform. Unfortynately Jim was unable to go because he had to work. She was sooo adorable and her trait as a leader was really shining through. After each song Eva would bow and would tell the class to bow too. She was not not shy or quite about it, it was very hilerous to watch. By the end of the performance she was able to get the four girls that were right near to bow. I also recieved my first homemade christmas gift from Eva. I wanted to wait until Christmas but Eva requested, more like demanded, that I open it now. I think it was because she was soo pround of what she had made for us and knew that I would love it. I got 5 handmade ornaments plus a very CUTE card. All the ornaments went right up on the christmas tree. I am going to give one too to both of my moms or make some and give it to them after the holidays. I got this idea from a fr

Kline Family Christmas Party

Image
Uncle Eddie, Aunt Teresa, Great Uncle John, Uncle Joe and Uncle Greg Today was the Kline family Christmas Party. It was at my Uncle Joe and Aunt Melissa's house in Chicago. The special guest of the party was my Great Uncle John Beers. He is one of 12 siblings of my Grandma Kitty. He brought his son Mark and his son Steven as well as Steven's wife Julie and their children Amanda G, Joshua, and Joshua's fiancee Amanda. When Jim, the girls and I got there my Great uncle was leaving because they came in from Indiana. But I am looking forward to finally meeting them for Melanie's Baptism next summer. I had so much fun at my Uncle's despite the a few people I don't care for in my family were there but thankfully they left shortly after we arrived. Both my sister's were there so I got to spend time with them and my niece and nephew. I am so looking forward too seeing them at Christmas. O Christmas Tree

Telling me she can do it all my HERSELF So last friday, we decided to start putting up the Christmas decorations. I put the tree together, hung up the lights and the ornadments.. Eva was so excited that we were doing the tree, because she has been learning about Christmas and other hiloday celebrations that other countries celebrate. Both the girls were so eager to try to help with the lights and everything. Maggie is still very young to understand the true meaning of Christmas but this year will be alot of fun to explain it all to Eva. Mommy's Little Helpers Our Tree So the next day after the tree was up, I decided to try to get a shot of the girls in front of the tree and combine it with Eva's preschool picture and one of Maggie's 18 month pictures as our Christmas card. Well the girls didn't sit still long enough for me too get the "best" picture, but below are a couple of the ones I liked best. Not 100% sure if I will use one of them or take up husband up
